Sacred Reciprocity
What flows is a direct reflection of what you are available for
What flows is a direct reflection of what you are available for.
This has been written up on my whiteboard for a couple of weeks now. It is a helpful reminder to anchor my presence with what is directly in front of me. When your awareness is looping the losses of the past or pining after the hopeful gains of the future, you tend to neglect the actions of the now that enact healing from past losses and wind the journey toward your abundant future.
I’ve seen this card quite a bit in my spreads as of late. When it first arrived on scene, I was quite a bit put off. Neither of the positions in this card felt balanced to me, regardless of the scales in the image. I can both resonate with the beggars taking their pittance as well as the one doling it out. However, let’s take a moment and focus on the scales. They are in this image for a reason. Upon contemplation of being in both positions, the reality is revealed that the man standing up is giving as much as the beggars are available to receive which is equal to as much as he is willing to give. Otherwise, this relationship wouldn’t exist.
The 20th Gene Key is prominently activated in my chart.
20th Gene Key
The Sacred OMShadow: Superficiality
Repressive Nature: Absent
Reactive Nature: Hectic
Gift: Self Assurance
Siddhi: Presence
The highest expression of this key is presence. At the gift level you gain self assurance and I feel this beginning to stabilize for me. Pure presence comes in fleeting moments, but self assurance is only a deep breath away. The shadow state of this key shows up both repressively and reactively for me.
This entire year is about anchoring presence in my body for me, but with presence comes the bubbling up of what needs to be tended to. A trigger to my body in the present moment can activate fear and thought loops of past losses. However, this simple fact,
This is my body remembering and activating a protection program. This former loss is not happening now,
brings me right back to the present moment. A moment that is not a scary one. It is actually quite neutral, even beautiful. This is the moment I belong in. This is the moment where I am available to receive what is flowing now in service to my future abundance.
If you haven’t allowed yourself to just be in the present moment and instead find yourself looping the past or fretting about the future, you will only bring new iterations of past patterns into your life. Where your attention goes, energy flows. However, forsaking the past by putting it out of your mind or losing hope in the future only nestles this deeper in your subconscious and feeds the shadows rather than shining light upon them.
Instead, be grateful that your body, your divinely designed system, lovingly remembers the unprocessed traumas of the past in an attempt to save you from them in the future. See your system with the empathy deserving of a loving parent that is only trying to protect you. Once you acknowledge this, it shows this loving parent that you’ve matured. You are ready to rise to the challenge of the moment and treat it as separate from the past. Meet the moment and increase your capacity to receive and subsequently your capacity to give.
